ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our St. Clair team for Title & Escrow Customer Service. Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
ATA National Title Group is a full service title agency providing comprehensive title and escrow services to companies and individuals. We are committed to our mission of building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and providing them with dependable, timely and accurate service.
Job Duties include:
- Processing title orders in company’s production system
- Monitoring the office shared email folder and handling various requests from lenders, realtors, and other customers
- Provide strong support to the team in multiple aspects of the closing process
- Maintain lobby area and closing rooms so they are customer-ready at all times
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work
- Proficient with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Minimum 1 year experience in the title, mortgage, or real estate industry required
