The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Environmental Services team. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff while overseeing housekeeping, laundry, and linen services throughout the facility.

- Supervise and schedule housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure daily cleaning and sanitation standards are met
- Interview, hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members
- Provide performance feedback, corrective action, and documentation as needed
- Develop and maintain facility-wide cleaning schedules and procedures
- Coordinate housekeeping and linen services with other departments
- Monitor quality assurance measures and maintain housekeeping standards
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct environmental rounds and identify areas needing improvement
- Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Oversee linen distribution and maintain linen usage records
- Communicate repair and maintenance needs to the Maintenance Department
- Prepare departmental reports and maintain accurate records
- Support facility response efforts during infection control or isolation situations
- Thorough knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and laundry services
- Understanding of infection control practices and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and employee development skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain records, reports, and departmental documentation
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
