Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly to consistently build and maintain a high-quality pipeline

Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and guide them in identifying the right properties

Consult with sellers, convert listings, and deliver strategic, high-level marketing for their homes

Negotiate offers with confidence and expertise on behalf of both buyers and sellers

Track all tasks and client activities in PLACE Technology to ensure precision and accountability

Host a minimum of two open houses per month to expand reach and generate opportunities

Convert prospecting efforts into qualified appointments and long-term clients

Participate in weekly script practice to refine communication and elevate client interactions
