Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef , Especially grilling, sauté, frying and (pizza skills a plus).
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
- We are looking for someone with four years experience in a full service restaurant
- Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
- Solid references
- Looking for full-time (40 hours) with flexible schedule that covers days, evenings and weekends.
- Task-driven individual
