What You'll Do
- Complete maintenance repairs and service calls.
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs based on your trade.
- Prepare rental homes for new residents.
- Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with our dispatch team.
Requirements
- Experience in your trade
- Own vehicle and tools
- Valid driver's license
- General Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance (or exemption)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
