Gulf Coast Boating Centers is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fiberglass Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and has a solid background in fiberglass repair and boat restoration.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing fiberglass and gel coat repairs on various types of watercraft
- Sanding, grinding, and prepping surfaces for repair
- Applying resin, matting, and other materials for structural and cosmetic restoration
- Inspecting completed work for quality and durability
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- repair (marine industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with tools and safety protocols related to fiberglass work
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
