Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Lead department heads across nursing, rehab, and support services

Drive census growth and maintain strong occupancy levels

Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency

Maintain survey readiness and lead during inspections

Build a positive culture for staff, residents, and families
Qualifications

Active Louisiana Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (REQUIRED)

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a SNF (REQUIRED)

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey process

Proven track record of operational and financial leadership

Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performance
