We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home care team for a long-term case located in Lusby, MD. This is a stable, ongoing night shift opportunity with the option to work full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.
Location:
- Lusby, Maryland (home care setting)
Available Shifts:
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Full-time nights available
- Weekday or weekend-only options
- Part-time nights also available
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients with complex care needs.
- Monitor and document client condition
- Routine assessments during night shift
- Maintain client safety and comfort
- Communicate updates to the care team and family
- Deliver consistent and reliable coverage
Requirements
- Active Maryland LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- At least 2 years pediatric experience within the last 5 years.
- CJIS Background Check
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with families and other healthcare providers.
