We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our vascular practice. This role involves direct patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, clinical quality, and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish medical diagnoses

Order, perform (as qualified), and interpret radiographic and other diagnostic tests

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care to promote, maintain, and restore health

Provide pre- and post-procedural patient care and monitoring

Administer medications safely and appropriately

Assist with intra-procedural duties as assigned

Communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately with patients, families, physicians, and staff

Consult with supervising physicians when cases exceed scope of knowledge or experience

Conduct patient rounding and provide care in off-site settings, including hospitals and long-term care facilities

Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient-centered approach
Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license or Physician Assistant license

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) preferred

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) will only be considered with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience within vascular surgery or medicine

Prior experience in vascular medicine, vascular surgery, cardiology, or a related specialty strongly preferred

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
