What We're Looking For:
- Sales Success: Roofing experience and proven sales is a plus, but we're more interested in your drive to succeed.
- Self-Motivated: You're a self-starter who thrives on achieving goals and delivering exceptional results for customers.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Problem Solver: Help customers assess damage, provide estimates, and recommend the best roofing solutions for their needs.
- Active and Ready to Inspect: Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs.
- Professionalism: Represent our company throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads & accounts through door-to-door sales, networking, and customer referrals.
- Manage the customer journey from initial consultation to final project completion.
- Collaborate with production managers to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Maintain accurate records, manage client communications, and ensure projects are to satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Paid training draw while you ramp up, transitioning to uncapped competitive commission rates. Target $100,000 - $250,000+ annually based upon performance.
