TSW Wealth Management is a boutique wealth management firm based just outside of Boston in Framingham, Massachusetts. Focusing on retirement planning, we have been providing independent financial advice to high net worth individuals and families throughout the country for over 30 years.
Our Client Service Team is continuing to grow. We are for looking someone to join our team full-time to help with client service, as well as assist with operations, compliance, and special firm projects. This is a great role for those who want to pivot within the financial services industry, or who are already in a similar role and want to expand their knowledge within the wealth management space. This is a support position, and for those individuals looking to take on a higher level of responsibility, there is the opportunity for advancement and specialization as the firm continues to expand.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys and is at ease interacting directly with clients, has strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail, and is eager to help tackle new initiatives for the Firm. We take pride in providing a highly personalized level of service, so even as an associate you will be a crucial part of the group working closely with clients, investment companies, and the firm’s financial advisors. Job Description/Benefits
- Full time, salaried
- Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Fridays early departure at 4:00pm.
- Position has an in-office component. Potential for partial remote work and Summer Fridays

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Previous direct experience within a Financial Advisor's office or a Broker/Dealer is preferred
- Maintain strict attention to detail and accuracy throughout the course of the day
- Ability to prioritize and switch between different types of assignments depending on the queue that day
- An effective verbal communicator. Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and courteously to all clients and staff
- Strong writing skills. Able to produce a high level of quality on all written correspondence
- Comfortable working in a small office environment and the willingness to take initiative to help the team
- Strong familiarity and comfort utilizing CRM and SaaS platforms for wealth management
Experience
- Daily, communicate directly with clients over the phone, via email, and in-person to help with service requests, answer questions, and problem-solve across a wide variety of financial account types
- Prepare and follow-up on required client paperwork, financial applications, and transactions
- Assist in compiling portfolio reviews for clients
- Assume the role of a paraplanner and assist with data entry for Financial Plans
- Work directly with investment companies to help service client accounts, identify and resolve any potential issues, and obtain investment product information
- Help manage and update critical applications including our CRM, reporting system, and other financial sites
- Support our compliance program, assisting with compilation and documentation
- Help work on and take the lead on special projects for the firm
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
