Now Hiring: Landscape Maintenance Crew Members
Frontline Property Services provides commercial property maintenance services, including landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscaping, and lawn treatment services.
This is a cross-trained role. While the primary focus is landscape maintenance, team members may also assist with irrigation, landscaping, lawn treatments, and general property service needs.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. This position is for someone with landscape maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work and pays attention to detail on commercial properties.
Landscape Maintenance Crew Members are responsible for:
- Mowing
- Blowing
- Trimming
- Edging
- Detail work around commercial properties
- General landscape maintenance
- Supporting crews as needed
We are looking for candidates with:
- Landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to operate basic landscape equipment
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Integrity and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Willingness to be cross-trained in irrigation, landscaping, and lawn treatments
We are looking for people who want to grow with the company. As Frontline continues to grow, there may be opportunities to move into lead positions, foreman roles, irrigation, landscaping, or other areas of the business.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Clean driving record preferred for driving positions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
