As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll serve as a technical leader and strategic partner, designing advanced data products and AI-driven systems that deliver measurable business value. You’ll influence architecture decisions, guide analytics strategy, and mentor other team members while working closely with business leaders.

What you’ll be doing:

Architecting and delivering advanced ML and AI-driven solutions

Designing scalable data products, including real-time systems

Partnering with business leaders to identify high-value use cases

Leading development of LLM-based systems and RAG pipelines

Mentoring and enabling other data scientists

What you’ll need:

Advanced degree or equivalent deep industry experience

6–10 years of experience delivering production ML systems

Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks

Experience designing scalable, cloud-based architectures

Strong business acumen

Proven leadership and mentoring ability
