MAD Repair, LLC is hiring a Field Diesel Technician to support customers throughout the El Dorado area. This position focuses on field-based diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
This role is well suited for an experienced or entry level mechanic who enjoys independent work, problem-solving, and working outside of a traditional shop environment.
Pay:
$35.00 – $45.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems

Repair suspension and related components

Complete field service repairs safely and efficiently

Maintain tools and organized work areas
Qualifications:

Experience working on diesel engines or heavy equipment

Ability to work independently in the field

Knowledge of diagnostics and mechanical repair

Must have basic hand tools

5+ years of related experience preferred however we do have an opportunity for an apprentice as well.
