Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of sandwiches and food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Operate POS system
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations when needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail math within quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management.
