Our sales team is looking for trusted and skilled AT&T Sales Associates to connect our partner brands with their target customers in the area. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will learn the basics of community engagement, negotiation, and entrepreneurship while achieving high-value sales reach.

AT&T Sales Associate Daily Tasks:
- Help create effective sales and customer engagement plans to generate leads
- Execute sales plans through promotional activities and direct, in-person customer service and sales presentations
- Guide customers through services, offers, and products
- Curate sales pitches that are relevant to customer needs
- Develop sales techniques from customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis
- Reach and exceed individual and team targets through cross-selling and upselling
- Follow proper transaction protocols and sales documentation
- Represent the brand and the company with integrity
- Upskill and maintain product knowledge through attending training and meetings
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales or any customer-facing role-related experience is a plus. Applicants with no experience will have training
- Great communication skills
- Able to negotiate and handle rejection
- Willing to work in-person and talk to customers
- Team player and has good work ethic
