Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid/Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on robust backend systems and engaging front-end interfaces. Your expertise in UI/UX principles, Angular testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and modern software engineering practices will drive the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. The Application Developer, Advanced Technology (Senior) must be able to translate application requirements into web-based solutions using available technology. This individual must be able to apply new and emerging technologies to the software development process.
Duties
● Develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular framework.
● Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code while ensuring optimalperformance and scalability.
- Implement user interfaces with a focus on UI/UX principles, ensuring intuitive and accessible experiences across devices.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Angular development and advocate fortheir adoption within the team.
● Follow best practices of Angular, Angular Testing Frameworks like Jasmine, and Karma in software development.
- Write comprehensive unit tests using Angular Testing Frameworks to guarantee code quality and maintainability.
● Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to establishedcoding standards.
● Identify and address technical debt and code inefficiencies to maintain a clean and maintainablecodebase.
● Troubleshoot and debug complex issues and provide timely resolution to technical challenges.
● Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end and backend functionalities seamlessly.
● Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new technologies and tools that enhance thedevelopment process.
● Adhere to application architecture design guidelines, patterns, and standards in softwaredevelopment
● Collaborate with data, Angular and Application Integration Architects, project managers, and business analysts in meeting business requirements
● Follow automated continuous delivery and deployment practices
Experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related front-end technologies like Angular or React.
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX design principles and testing frameworks specific to Angular applications.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration within microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum practices; experience working within fast-paced teams.
- Strong grasp of database systems like MySQL or SQL Server; experience designing efficient database schemas and writing optimized queries.
- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and containerization technologies is highly desirable.
- Background in software engineering best practices including design patterns, system design for scalability, security (RBAC), and performance tuning.
