About the Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with leading businesses across a range of industries. You will develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients while building your own specialist market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through onboarding
- Developing business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Meeting targets and contributing to team success
