We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Claims Representative (Property & Casualty) for James Greene & Associates. In this position, you will be serving customers, maintaining customer records, and facilitating the claims process from within the corporate office. No travel required.

-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Meets goals despite unexpected setbacks, obstacles, or time constraints.
-Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills required.
-Ability to deliver superior customer service, uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to gather information, and uses a courteous, professional tone on each call.
-Requires a person who is motivated, eager to learn, and friendly with a “can do” attitude.
-2+ years experience in an office environment
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
