Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Laborers, Assembly Technicians and Leak Testers with expertise in CNC tube bending and end forming to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of assembly, fabrication, and machine operation tasks to produce high-quality metal components. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure efficient production processes while maintaining precision standards. Responsibilities
- Operate CNC tube bending machines, end formers, and other fabrication equipment such as press brakes, CNC mills, lathes, plasma cutters, and laser cutting machines to shape and assemble metal parts.
- Set up and calibrate machinery, including CNC programming and tooling adjustments, to meet specifications.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and measurement gauges for quality inspection and measurement verification.
- Perform welding, forming, and sheet metal fabrication tasks adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the assembly process by using hand tools, cranes, and other equipment to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures diligently while operating machinery like stamping presses, CNC machining centers, or forming machines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies or safety hazards.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as laser cutters, lathes, mills, plasma cutters, or tube benders.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with machining tools including calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and measurement instruments for quality control.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to shop math and measurement conversions.
- Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments with a focus on machine operation and metal fabrication safety protocols.
- Experience with assembly processes involving sheet metal fabrication or component fitting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent attention to detail and precision measurement skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining a high standard of quality assurance.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
