- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
