Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced cook in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
- Manage food preparation processes, including cooking, plating, and presentation of dishes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Collaborate with catering services for special events and large-scale meal preparations.
- Maintain high standards of food handling practices throughout all kitchen operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the culinary field,
- Strong background in fine dining establishments, with hands-on experience in cooking and food service.
- Demonstrated skills in food handling, knife skills, and overall kitchen management.
