Mid-level Bookkeeper - Immediate
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Performing accurate daily data computations to update accounting records. Maintaining solid customer relationships with clients and/or service providers by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Minimum Requirements
- Basic understanding, knowledge of bookkeeping with some experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients via email and telephone
- Must be able to handle incoming calls from clients
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently are required.
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus!
- A working knowledge of the Stock Trading or Financial industries is a plus.
