We are looking for a Medication Coordinator to join our team. Wellcome Manor is seeking a full time Medication Coordinator to work at Wellcome Manor Family Services.
Hours:
- Full time shift, 545am-215pm
- Every other weekend and holidays.
Regular duties include:
- Responsible for administration of medication and other treatments and/or delegated tasks as allowed by state law under the direct supervision of the nurse
- Will provide safe, quality, ethical personal care to the clients and their children
Required Skills:
Applicants should want to create a clean and friendly environment, have patience for all age groups, and be able to multitask. Applicants should be able to communicate well with others and be able to work as a team. Wellcome Manor is looking for applicants who are or have been a TMA, CNA or a person with medication administration experience (not required but preferred).
Required Experience:
- Must be free of chemical use problems for one year
- Understand and establish professional boundaries with clients and coworkers
- Pleasant and outgoing disposition
- Flexibility in accepting work assignments as needed.
- Able to handle sensitive situations in a calm, professional manner.
- Able to pass a MN DHS Background Study.
- Background in substance use/abuse and mental health preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
