Job Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $150,000 to $180,000 Per Year BOE
Licenses/Certifications Required:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee and direct electrical projects for construction.
- Disseminate relevant information to various departments related to the project.
- Monitor project progress and maintain project schedule.
- Develop project budget and track project costs according to contractual obligations.
- Review and study project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals and contracts
Qualifications:
- 5+ yrs of electrical project management exp
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with electrical design, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Electrical Project Manager) are a plus.
- Experience managing high-rises and mixed-use buildings of 8+ stories
- Experience managing electrical scopes of $8MM+
- Must pass pre-employment Background check and Drug Screen
Physical Requirements:
- Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
- Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises
- May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending
- May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
