Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Planner for a full-time position. This candidate will work closely with our Purchasing and Inventory Manager and will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining adequate inventory levels for stock replenishment and special sales requirements, while supporting the daily operations through timely procurement of office, factory, shipping, cleaning and breakroom supplies.
Key Responsibilities
· Purchase inventory and materials required for stock replenishment.
· Purchase materials required for special sales orders.
· Monitor inventory levels and usage to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing, confirm order status and ensure timely deliveries.
· Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
· Track inventory movement and identify potential shortages, delays and supply chain issues.
· Ensure inventory and purchasing data are accurate and up to date within company systems.
· Support daily operations through procurement of office, factory, shipping, cleaning and breakroom supplies.
· Collaborate with sales, production and engineering to prioritize purchasing needs.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of purchasing, inventory control, procurement or supply chain experience required.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations or related field required.
· Excellent communication and vendor relationship management skills.
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Detail-oriented, organized and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced environment.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
