Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Raleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cars and customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the showroom and assist them through the vehicle purchase process
- Understand customer needs and match them with suitable vehicles from our inventory
- Present vehicles and demonstrate features to highlight benefits and value
- Conduct test drives and follow up with customers post-visit
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, financing options, and promotions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
