What Will You Do?
As a Wash Technician, you’ll be the first line of visual inspection—responsible for preparing, washing, and maintaining the surfaces of process equipment used in critical industries like biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing. You’ll work with cleaning solutions and precision tools, follow detailed work instructions, and help ensure our products meet rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cleaning and surface prep using water, solvents, and acids
Operate cranes and carts to move components safely
Use hand tools for disassembly and light assembly
Maintain traceability and accurate work records
Operate bead blasting equipment (must pass respirator training)
Follow all quality and safety procedures
Suggest improvements to work instructions and technical procedures
Work independently while staying organized, efficient, and proactive
