Ledford Services is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Precast Trainee to assist in the production of concrete aerobic tanks. This role works directly with our Precast Specialist and involves building rebar cages, installing components, and preparing tanks for daily concrete pours. No prior experience is required — we will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Precast Specialist in daily tank production.
- Build rebar cages and properly tie steel according to specification.
- Verify air releases are in proper working order before concrete is poured.
- Vibrate and finish concrete tanks to meet quality and performance standards.
- Install proper components inside tanks during assembly.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Notify management of any tank patching or repairs needed.
Physical & Work Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, carry, and handle materials up to 60 lbs as part of regular job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to work on your feet in an industrial, outdoor environment.
- Must pass pre-employment, observed drug screening at an approved facility.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Experience with concrete, rebar, or construction is helpful but not required.
- Very helpful if you speak and understand English / Spanish for safety reasons.
- Need to be legally able to work in the USA.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting at $17/hr, based on experience

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Standard production hours for concrete work, meaning early.
