Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is a passionate and organized individual with a strong customer service ethic and a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and desires for their outdoor living spaces.
- Guide clients through the design process, assisting with material selection and offering creative solutions to achieve their vision.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, pool contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Engage with warm, qualified leads provided by the company while also supporting lead generation efforts. Associates may be asked to make calls, send texts or emails, distribute marketing materials, or perform other outreach tasks to generate new business. Duties are not limited to door knocking or door-to-door sales and will vary based on current marketing initiatives.
- Overcome objections and Ultimately get the sale
- Proactively generate contractor business by completing a minimum of 10 (calls, emails, or texts) to contractors; may also include stuffing envelopes, deliveringmaterials, or assisting with various marketing activities as needed to support overall business development, not limited strictly to direct sales functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and One Call Close Theories.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A passion for design/sales and a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
- Is coachable and willing to learn proven systems.
- A team player that gets along with others.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service..
- MUST hold valid driver’s license, have a reliable vehicle and car insurance.

Schedule:
- Typically 8 hours - some sales may require extended hours
- Monday to Friday, weekends as needed. Some clients may require after hours or weekend appointments.
- Office hours are required as team collaboration is an integral part of project development & company success
- We service the greater Las Vegas area which includes North Las Vegas, Henderson & Lake Las Vegas
