Heartify In Home Care LLC is hiring a compassionate and dependable Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home therapy services for an adult patient recovering from spinal surgery. The patient is experiencing lower-extremity weakness and difficulty safely completing everyday activities. The therapist will help improve the patient’s independence, safety, strength, mobility, and the ability to perform activities of daily living. Complete the occupational therapy evaluation (OT) Provided, occupational therapy treatment as ordered to Improve the patient's independence with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities. Educate the patient and caregiver on adaptive equipment and home safety. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications; Active Georgia OT or COTA/OTA License Home health experience preferred Current CPR Certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and documentation skills Schedule Evaluation (OT only) 3 Visits per Week, Flexible scheduling.
