At Weisser Distributing, we partner with brands to help them succeed across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other online marketplaces. We're looking for a Marketplace Operations Specialist who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping clients grow their online business.
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple marketplace accounts—from launching products and maintaining listings to monitoring account health, supporting advertising efforts, analyzing inventory, and communicating directly with clients. You'll work closely with our warehouse, operations, and client success teams to ensure every account receives exceptional service.

- Create, configure, and maintain marketplace seller accounts.

Support onboarding for new Marketplace Services clients.

Build, optimize, and maintain product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other marketplaces.

Manage product catalogs, variations, images, keywords, and digital assets.

Coordinate new product launches and catalog updates.

Monitor and resolve suppressed, inactive, duplicate, stranded, or incomplete listings.
- Monitor account health and marketplace performance metrics.

Resolve listing errors, policy violations, catalog issues, and selling restrictions.

Manage marketplace support cases through resolution.

Support Brand Registry requests, reimbursement claims, and catalog corrections.

Stay current on marketplace policy changes and implement operational updates.
- Launch and maintain marketplace advertising campaigns.

Monitor performance metrics including ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and impressions.

Optimize bids, keywords, budgets, and campaign performance.

Prepare recurring advertising performance reports.

Coordinate campaigns with inventory levels, promotions, and product launches.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned marketplace accounts.

Coordinate with warehouse operations to resolve fulfillment-related issues.

Communicate operational updates and issue resolutions with clients.

Create recurring marketplace, inventory, sales, and advertising reports.

Analyze sales and inventory trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.

Escalate strategic opportunities and recurring operational concerns to leadership.
- Develop and maintain Marketplace Services Standard Operating Procedures.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes.

Improve workflows that increase efficiency and service quality.

Document recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting eCommerce marketplace accounts.

Experience with Amazon Seller Central.

Strong understanding of marketplace listings, catalog management, and account health.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or eBay.

Amazon Sponsored Products or Walmart Connect advertising.

Amazon Brand Registry.

ERP, OMS, or marketplace integration platforms.

Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a 3PL environment.

Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel skills.
