Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company culture and ensure our HR practices align with our business objectives.
Daily Responsibilities -
- Oversee the processing of all HR/Credentialing activities for the organization
- Maintaining, organizing and updating documents for all employees (such as background checks, reference checks, resumes, I-9, state tax form, W-4 form, fringe benefits etc.)
- Reviewing and processing ADP payroll semi-monthly. Ensuring pay data is correct and approved for employees and consultant/contractors.
- Maintaining leave accrual balances for accuracy
- Maintaining and processing the organization’s insurances annually with insurance brokers (Professional Liability, General Liability, Commercial, Cyber, Auto, Workers Comp, etc.)
- Review, prepare and submit documentation for payment of Fringe Benefits monthly
- Oversee the credentialing process for all providers, files set up and maintained with up-to-date documents
- Assist in the renewing of Health Insurances and Fringe Benefit Contracts
Required Skill & Qualification-
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree
- 5+ years of working experience within Non-Profit or Healthcare setting
- Excellent Communication and written skills
- Experience with ADP payroll and Bamboo is REQUIRED
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
