Barber Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and lineups.
- Provide professional customer service to all clients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation at all times.
- Follow all Florida barbering laws and health regulations.
- Manage appointments and maintain punctuality.
- Keep barber tools and equipment clean and in good working condition.
- Assist in creating a positive and professional salon atmosphere.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service.
- Communicate professionally with salon management and team members.

Compensation Example
Chair Rental: $210 per week.
Or if hiring as a commission barber:
Commission: Percentage of services performed, with details discussed during the interview.
Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
