Job Description
We are actively seeking motivated high school students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in a future career as an Automotive Service Technician. This Apprentice/Intern Technician role is designed to give you real-world shop experience under the guidance of certified professionals while supporting your journey through an accredited automotive training program. Our goal is to help you grow into a full-time, certified Ford technician.

Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians with repairs and maintenance
Perform basic automotive services under supervision
Learn to use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service platforms
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Attend classes and remain in good academic standing at your technical program
Demonstrate professionalism and willingness to learn
Qualifications
High school junior, senior, or recent graduate
Interest in automotive technology and repair
Desire to attend or enroll in an accredited technical school (Ford ASSET or similar)
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
Good academic standing if enrolled in school
Valid driver’s license or working toward obtaining one
