Description:
Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at Colonia Del Rey and Chandler Gardens.
This position is ideal for a strong maintenance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and can adapt to the operational needs of multiple communities while delivering exceptional resident service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Completing work orders and resident service requests in a timely manner
- Assisting with apartment turns and move-in readiness
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and general maintenance issues
- Supporting property curb appeal and community cleanliness standards
- Assisting with preventive maintenance and inspections
- Supporting maintenance operations during high-demand periods
- Participating in emergency maintenance and on-call rotations as assigned
- Maintaining professional communication with residents and team members
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- EPA Certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
- Ability to travel between assigned communities
