Responsibilities:
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials
- Spread mulch, topsoil, and stone
- Install and maintain landscape beds
- Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns
- Load, unload, and transport plants and materials
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with landscape construction projects as needed
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
- Valid driver's license is a plus
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
