Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Plumbing Installer to join our field team. This position is ideal for a skilled plumber who can work independently, execute installations to a high standard, and contribute positively to team performance. The role includes both hands-on installation work and leadership through example, including support and training of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Complete service-based work, fixture installations, and system upgrades
- Execute plumbing scopes for renovation and new construction projects
- Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and job specifications
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Diagnose issues and implement efficient, long-term solutions
- Maintain clear communication with customers, project managers, and team members
- Support training and development of apprentices and junior installers
- Maintain a clean, organized job site, tools, and company vehicle
Required Qualifications
- Active plumbing license (required)
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing installation
- Ability to work independently and manage job responsibilities efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional demeanor and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to assist in training and mentoring team members
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the role
