Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and nationally certified

Two (2) years experience providing care as an OT is preferred

One (1) year home health experience is preferred

Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
-
Active OT license in Virginia is required
-
Valid driver’s license
