We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to the bar menu
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food service when needed during busy hours
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills in a high-energy setting
Requirements
- Experience as a bartender is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally is required.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to customers and to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and inventory management
- Per Wisconsin Law you must be at least 18 yrs old to serve alcohol.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
