The position of manual assembly operator works with management and staff to ensure compliance with established quality standards as well as customer specifications. They are also responsible for monitoring, repairing documentation and communicating deviations to production supervisors and take appropriate corrective and preventive action.
We are looking for the following candidates:
Hand stuffing envelopes is a big part of this position.
This is mostly a sit down job with hand work.
Quality control / auditing experience preferred.
Ability to accurately follow processes and procedures.
Must have very good writing skills.
Excellent communication skills required, as you will be dealing with staff and various levels of management on a daily basis.
Be able to effectively identify and troubleshoot problems and defects.
Participate in routine visual inspections.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Assist production supervisors with various administrative tasks such as closing of jobs, production run approvals/sign-offs, etc.
Must be very good with computers and comfortable working with them on a daily basis.
Very reliable with a very good attitude.
Ability to work overtime, holiday's and weekends when necessary.
