Role Overview:
As a Compassionate Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care BuxMont, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that all clients receive the compassion and attention they deserve. By working on-site throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with those you care for, making a meaningful impact in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Assist with mobility and transportation needs.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Document client progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature to care for others.

Strong communication skills, including fluency in English.

Reliable transportation to travel throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties.

Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
Bonus If You:
- Hold a certification in CPR or first aid.

Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.

Possess additional caregiving training or certifications.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with shifts available 7 days a week.
Location:
This position is on-site only, located in Bucks & Montgomery Counties. We are currently hiring the following positions:
Lansdale: 4-16 hour day, evening or overnight shifts
Doylestown: 4 hour day shifts
Warrington: 4 hour morning & evening shifts
Kintnersville: 9 hour day shift
Hatfield: 9 hour day shifts
Chestnut Hill: 3-4 hour day shifts
