Campus Ministry Coordinator
Reports To: Vice Principal of Student Formation and Leadership Job Status: 10-month, full-time, exempt
Salary Information: Salary will be based upon experience; with a range of $60,000 — $70,840. This position is
eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision), generous PTO and holiday schedule, 401(k) savings plan with school
match, higher education tuition reimbursement, and JSerra tuition discount of 50% off base tuition for each
dependent child or legal guardian designated child who attends JSerra.

Description: The Campus Ministry Coordinator oversees the school’s spiritual outreach to students and staff. Under
the supervision of the Vice Principal, the Campus Ministry Coordinator encourages and contributes to the Catholic
identity of the campus and the formation of a faith community which responds to the spiritual needs of the
students, teachers, staff and parents. The campus ministry coordinator brings to life a campus rich in the school’s
charism, spiritual growth, prayer, discipleship, sacramental experiences, and preparation of leaders in service for
the Church and society.
Responsibilities
- Organizes, oversees and designs spiritual retreats for students
- Disciples students in small group and one-on-one settings
- Directs and supervises daily activities of the NET Missionaries
- Assists with weekly all-school Mass and music ministry
- Organizes and oversees TNL weekly youth group, Eucharistic adoration, and quarterly confessions
- Oversees Christian Service Program
- Provides spiritual direction mentoring for students and NET Missionaries
- Assists with spiritual outreach to staff and parents
- Assists with OCIA program for students in conjunction with Sisters and VP of Mission and Faith
- Works in collaboration with school chaplains and the Theology department
- Performs other duties as assigned
