Experienced Tree Cutters needed ASAP for busy, year-round tree removal company serving Northwest Indiana (serving mainly Lake and Porter counties).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Skilled and knowledgeable in tree removal and trimming procedures and techniques including site-assessment, rigging, felling techniques, knots, cutting, safety, debris handling and site clean-up.
· Ability to safely operate various tree cutting equipment including power saws, brush chippers, boom trucks, grapple loader, tracked lifts, and stump grinders.
· Possess job applicable skills such as problem solving, decision-making, attention to detail, situational awareness, and work site safety.
· Capable of working at a significant height under dangerous conditions.
· Ability to work well with a crew.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in professional tree cutting.
· Must be dependable, hard-working, and have the necessary physical strength for the job.
· Must be able to pass a drug screen.
ADDITIONAL INFO
Tree climbing ability is not required but is a definite plus.
