SweatHouz is one of the fastest-growing recovery franchises, offering private contrast therapy suites featuring infrared saunas, cold plunges, and Vitamin-C showers. We're looking for energetic, sales-driven individuals who thrive on building relationships, delivering exceptional experiences, and helping guests prioritize their health and recovery.
Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of SweatHouz. You'll guide guests through their first experience, educate them on the benefits of contrast therapy, and confidently recommend memberships that fit their wellness goals. This is a consultative sales role where your ability to connect with people and close memberships directly impacts the success of the studio.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with exceptional hospitality
- Conduct engaging studio tours and explain the SweatHouz experience
- Build rapport and identify each guest's wellness goals
- Recommend memberships and packages using a consultative sales approach
- Consistently achieve membership and revenue goals
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email
- Generate referrals and community partnerships
- Assist members with booking, account questions, and check-in
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and operating at premium standards
- Work closely with teammates to create an outstanding member experience
Qualifications
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing personality
- Comfortable discussing memberships and closing sales
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Nights and weekends may be required
