AeroTech Mapping, Inc. is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Geospatial Business Development Specialist to lead business development efforts throughout Los Angeles County and Southern California.

You will represent one of the Southwest's leading aerial mapping, LiDAR, surveying, and geospatial firms while partnering with engineering companies, public agencies, utilities, developers, and infrastructure clients throughout Southern California.
What You'll Do
As a Geospatial Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and managing a sales territory while developing long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories
- Build and maintain relationships with engineering firms, government agencies, utilities, developers, and other industry stakeholders
- Promote AeroTech Mapping's aerial mapping, LiDAR, surveying, orthophotography, GIS, remote sensing, and geospatial solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and growth objectives
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
- Conduct presentations and educational sessions highlighting AeroTech's capabilities and services
- Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to develop winning strategies and client-focused solutions
- Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and client communications within Salesforce CRM
Base Salary: $75,000 with quarterly bonus plan. OTE $135,000+
