About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a small real estate development and investment company. This role involves administrative support, document management, spreadsheet updates, email communication, and general office coordination.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize digital and physical project files
- Update spreadsheets and project tracking documents
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Manage email correspondence and follow up on routine requests
- Prepare and organize documents for municipalities, contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Track project deadlines, permits, applications, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and deliveries
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct online research and gather information as needed
- Provide general administrative support to company leadership
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Prior administrative, office, bookkeeping, or coordinator experience preferred but not required

- Real estate, construction, property management, or professional office experience
