Overview
Join Conexus Insurance Partners as a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Commercial Insurance Account Manager in a hybrid remote work environment. This role is ideal for a client-focused insurance professional who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and serving as a trusted advisor to commercial clients.
As a key member of our team, you will manage new and renewal business while providing comprehensive account support, including endorsements, claims intake, certificates of insurance, payment processing, and maintaining accurate client records within our Agency Management System (Applied Epic).

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage new and renewal commercial insurance accounts
- Prepare and process quotes, applications, and policy renewals
- Review renewals 60 days prior to expiration and complete renewals at least 30 days before expiration
- Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and notices of cancellation
- Report and document claims
- Issue proof of insurance and respond to client requests
- Collect and process payments
- Maintain accurate documentation and account activity in Applied Epic
- Educate clients on coverage options, exclusions, and recommendations

Qualifications
Required:
- Bilingual: Spanish-English
- Colorado Property & Casualty License
- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Applied Epic experience
- Indio experience
- Trucking & Transportation industry knowledge
- Familiarity with paperless office concept
- Insurance Professional designations

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
