The Fox West YMCA is hiring a School Age Program Coordinator to lead the school age child care program within the Hortonville School District, including both of the Greenville elementary schools. Coordinators are responsible for the excitement & energy at our school age program sites. Develop and implement relevant and age specific programs. Coordinators work closely with their peers to tackle the administration & daily operations of educational programming, as well as working closely with the school to ensure positive continual learning opportunities. Tap into your teaching experience to keep learning fun and ongoing for the children in our care.
This is a full-time exempt career role within our School Age Program department.

Associate or bachelor's degree in an Education-related field is required.

Lead-qualified teacher and possess a Wisconsin State Registry Level 12 or higher.
- Previous work experience in supervising staff is preferred.
- Prior experience working with school age children.
- Must have the ability to build & maintain excellent relationships with children, staff, parents & community leaders.
- Position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills.
