Job Description: As a Licensed Therapist at our clinic, you will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse client population. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' unique needs. This role is ideal for a therapist who values a client-centered approach and enjoys working in a close-knit team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations.
- Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Must have valid unrestricted license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, Psychologist , or equivalent).
- Experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Must be comfortable providing therapy to clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
- Must be willing to complete a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
